Every customer is different; we take pride in being able to accommodate all requirements.
Although there is no set order process, here is a guideline to the most efficient proceedure:
YOU: All you have to do is tell us your requirements with the knowledge that we can accommodate them.
WE: Send you quotations.
YOU: Place your order on a 'design to be approved' basis.
WE: Produce FREE designs for your approval. Only when you have approved your design do we start manufacturing. Lead times are 5-6 weeks (approximately) from the moment your design/sample is approved.
PLEASE NOTE: This process applies to all of the items we produce.
